Every customer can enjoy a 365-day warranty from the date of order receipt, covering any potential defects in frames and/or customized lenses. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

30-Day Return & Exchange Service

Every customer can enjoy a 30-day return&exchange service from the date of order receipt. Please note that each order is eligible for a one-time return for any reason.

For products with quality issues, we offer FREE replacements or a full refund.

For products without any quality issues, if you request a return within 30 days of receipt, please note:

You should return the products yourself and there will be additional charges as the processing fee.

Notes:Because the eyeglasses are personal items that come into direct contact with the customer's skin,if you want to return the items, pls make sure the items are not used,undamaged with their original tags and packaging.

Generally it would take 24-72 hours to processing your order.

Before shipment: you could contact Customer Service Team to cancel the order and get a full refund.

After shipment: there will be additional charges as the processing fee.

How To Return & Exchange?

When Will I Get The Refund?

We will refund you within 3 days processing time of receiving your return.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How To Cancel An Order?

 Regarding prescription issues:

If we make the wrong prescription when processing the glasses, we will customize it again for you with no extra charge.

If you make a mistake in your order accidentally,such as providing an incorrect or expired prescription,we are sorry we are not responsible to process a new item for you free of charge.However,we will do our best to reduce some of the fees for you, based on the specific details of your order.
