If you’re buying for others or cannot use a camera, just upload a photo from your device and you can try on as many of our frames as you want.
How Can I Quickly Reorder The Glasses I Purchased Previously?
Log into your account and view your previous orders. If the frame is still available, you'll see a 'Reorder' option next to the order number. Click 'Reorder,' and the exact same pair of glasses will be added to your shopping cart.
Can I Order More Than One Pair Of Glasses Per Order?
Yes, you can order as many pairs of glasses as you like! After adding a pair to your shopping cart, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button below the checkout option to add another. Repeat this process until you've added all the glasses you want. The shipping fee will remain the same for most shipping methods, regardless of how many pairs you order.Additionally, if your total order exceeds $69, you can enjoy free shipping.
What Is Necessary To Place Order At Alsomia?
A. Prescription and PD
An eyeglass prescription is required to make your prescription glasses. (If your eyes don't need correction and you don’t need prescription lenses, you can choose non-prescription lenses.)
PD, or Pupillary Distance, is the measurement in millimeters between your pupils. It's crucial for ensuring your lenses are positioned correctly for optimal vision.
B. Payment Method
